U18s Trials

By Natalie Benville

Deal Town U18’s (in conjunction with Deal Town Rangers) will be holding trials for their Kent Youth League side this Sunday (29th) July at Goodwin Academy. The team will be competing in the U18 South Division of Kent Youth League in the coming season. Having won the U16 Kent Youth League East title last year the team is looking to add experienced and committed players to an already talented squad for the upcoming season. The team is managed by Jake Marsh (ex-Deal Town and Dover Athletic) and coached by Steve King (Head Coach –Deal Town First Team) and provides a clear pathway to First Team football with opportunities for high performing players to train with the first team on a regular basis. . Troy Howard (U16 last year) has already signed first team forms and scored in a recent First Team friendly against a Gillingham XI.

The trials will take place at Goodwin Academy (Deal) on Sunday starting at 10am (please arrive for 9.45am) and all are welcome. To register your interest or if you have any questions please contact Jake (07583767658) or e-mail [email protected].
