The booking will only be secured upon receipt of the deposit.
The remaining balance is due a minimum of 2 weeks before the event. If the event is cancelled with less than 2 weeks’ notice you will only receive a 50% refund from the deposit.

*The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after the event. Costs for any damage will be deducted. Any damage that exceeds the deposit amount will be invoiced accordingly. If your event overruns by more than 15 minutes you will be charged for a whole extra hour. Please ensure you leave the premises as you found it – a cleaning charge may be deducted from your deposit if necessary.
