Former Liverpool and England full back Alan Kennedy was an entertaining guest speaker at the Charles Ground on Saturday night.
Kennedy relived his experiences, both memorable and amusing, as a member of the great Liverpool side of the late 1970s and early 1980s, including scoring the winning goal in two European Cup finals. He then took took part in a Q&A session with the clubhouse audience which included another ex-Liverpool player, goalkeeper Bobby Bolder.
Kennedy, who picked out Kenny Dalglish as the best player he played alongside at Anfield , also posed for photographs alongside a replica of the European Cup before taking part in an auction of football memorabilia, the proceeds from which will go to the Hillsborough Families Support Group
