The Hoops’ partners, Deal Town Rangers FC, are holding their second annual “Football Festival” at the Charles Ground this weekend (May 5-6).
The action will start at 9.30am on Saturday and 11am on Sunday and run through to the early evening on both days.
Nearly every one of Rangers’ 25 teams will be taking part from the Under-Seven teams through to the Veterans’ side.
Rangers chairman Alan Clarke said: “The younger teams, using smaller goals, will start the ball rolling on Saturday morning and we will then gradually increase the size of the goals and the pitch as the ages go up to the senior teams.
“Entrance is free, so please come and join us for what should be a great showcase for local football.”
