HOOPS HOPING TO GAIN REVENGE OVER THE MILLERS

By Deal Town

The Hoops will be hoping to find Cray Valley PM suffering from a touch of “ring rustiness” when the two sides meet in the quarter-finals of the Macron Challenge Cup at Badgers Sports Ground on Wednesday night (7.45pm).

The Millers haven’t played since their 1-0 win at Canterbury City on December 19 because of postponements due to waterlogged pitches, including last Saturday’s scheduled home game with Hollands & Blair.

Deal meanwhile were romping to a 7-0 win over Erith Town and will be hoping to gain revenge on Wednesday for the 3-1 Kent Senior Trophy 2nd round away defeat they suffered at the Millers’ hands back in mid-October.
