RANGERS’ GAME SWITCHED TO GOODWIN ACADEMY

By Deal Town

Deal Town Rangers Seniors’ home game with Staplehurst Monarchs United Reserves on Saturday (2.45pm) has been switched from the Charles Ground to the Goodwin Academy’s 3G all-weather pitch.
The Hoops’ pitch is currently waterlogged in places, especially around the goal areas, and with more rain forecast over the next 24 hours the decision was made this morning to switch the game.
Rangers Seniors are lying in third place in the Kent County League Division 3 Central & East and will hope to prove too strong for a Staplehurst side who are second from bottom.
