The club can confirm that Jack Paxman has left the club to join Margate Football Club in the Bostik Premier League. After impressing in the early pre-season games against Dover Athletic and Margate, Jack was offered the opportunity to trial at the latter and impressed during that period leading to him signing with the club last night. Commenting on the departure Steve King said ‘As much as we are disappointed to lose a player of Jack’s quality it is a well deserved move for him. He has been a pleasure to work with and has been outstanding during his two seasons with us.
The chance to step-up two divisions is an exciting one for him and we wish him all the best. As he knows he will always be welcome back at the Charles Ground.’
