The club are pleased to announce that Matty Robinson has joined the club on a dual registration from Ramsgate FC and made his debut with an encouraging performance against Corinthian on Saturday.
19-year old Robinson is an attacking player who is equally comfortable centrally and in wide positions. He is a product of Dover Athletic Academy and has also spent time playing on America as part of a scholarship.
Steve King said ‘We are pleased to bring Matty to the club and he is a player with a lot of potential. He showed in glimpses on Saturday what he can add to the squad and we are excited to be able to work with him and help him develop. We would also like to thanks Ramsgate FC in helping sort this deal.’
Matty is unavailable to play in the Vase game as he was not registered before the original date but Hoops fans will then get the opportunity to see more of him in the coming weeks.
