Today Deal Town Women played Ramsgate Development. The score ended in 19-0 to DTW!
Due to Ramsgate Development struggling to form a full 11 squad, we were notified they may be 8/9 a side. We started the match at 11 for Deal Town, however after 15 minutes, we decided to cut our players down to 9 for us. Although we wanted a good win, we also wanted to show compassion and empathy for the team.
Our team showed nothing but dedication in today’s game! There were some real belter goals on the pitch!
We would like to say a massive well done to Ramsgate for their determination throughout!
