Bearsted v Deal Town

By Deal Town

Deal Town’s Southern Counties East League game at Bearsted on Saturday was abandoned four minutes before half-time because of fog.

The Hoops were leading 1-0 at the time thanks to Steve O’Brien’s  free-kick from the edge of the box after Connor Coyne had been fouled and looked well on course to register their fifth league win of the season.

    1. To Phil, Steve and Ray: thanks for your festive greetings and please accept likewise from me. We had a smashing Christmas lunch at the club on Sunday attended by about 35 people and am now looking forward to the Whitstable game, see you there.
